Terms and Condition


This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Entergrity LLC (“Entergrity”, “we”, or “us”) and the undersigned client (“you” or “Customer”). By signing this document or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order and Payment Terms

  • The total program fee is due in full at the time of enrollment.
  • All payments are final and non-transferable.
  • Payment grants you access to the products or services outlined in your order form.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your enrollment within three (3) calendar days from the Order Date for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@entergrity.com within this 3-day window.
  • Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Important:

After the 3-day cancellation period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

3. 30-Day Guarantee (If Applicable)

  • Certain programs may offer a 30-day performance-based guarantee.
  • This guarantee applies only if you follow every step of the program as outlined.
  • If you complete all required steps and do not achieve the promised result, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of participation and completion is required.
  • Skipping or failing to complete any required step will void this guarantee.

4. Program Access and Conduct

  • Full payment is required to access the program materials and support.
  • You must join any community groups (e.g., Facebook) using your legal or registered name provided during sign-up.
  • Sharing access credentials or materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal without a refund.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

  • Entergrity LLC is PCI compliant. We do not store any sensitive customer data.
  • Our sales team facilitates secure checkout.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.
  • Any data stored on our systems will be deleted after 365 days of inactivity.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided are the intellectual property of Entergrity LLC.
  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Entergrity LLC is not responsible for your results or outcomes.
  • Your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and application of the program.
  • We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or business outcomes.

8. Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Entergrity LLC, you agree that all disputes, claims, or concerns must first be addressed through good-faith written communication with Entergrity LLC.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that binding arbitration, administered by a neutral third party selected by Entergrity LLC, will be the exclusive method of resolving the dispute. You waive any right to initiate chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. By making a purchase, you surrender all rights to escalate disputes externally and agree that no chargebacks or third-party claims shall be initiated under any circumstances.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
